Meet the Founder
Melina Cordero
With over a decade of experience as a senior leader in the highly competitive retail and real estate industries, I faced the same challenges many leaders do—navigating complex decisions, managing high-performing teams, and driving results—all without formal leadership training. I saw firsthand how leaders are often expected to simply 'figure it out,' even in high-stakes environments. When the pandemic disrupted industries worldwide, it further exposed the gaps in leadership development and reinforced the urgent need for a new approach.
I founded P20 Leadership to redefine how we develop and support leaders. Leadership today demands more than technical expertise—it requires agility, innovation, and the ability to navigate uncertainty with confidence. Our programs combine data-driven insights, executive coaching, and real-world application to equip leaders with the tools they need to lead effectively in an era of constant change.
I believe leadership is about vision, adaptability, and the ability to empower others. As a proudly bicultural Latina who has lived in 5 countries, I bring a global perspective to leadership, helping leaders expand their thinking and break free from outdated models. My mission is clear: to prepare leaders who are not just ready for the future—but who will shape it.

Paul Plamondon, MS, PCC, helps new and aspiring leaders discover their courage, deepen their self-awareness, take thoughtful action, enhance their communication skills, and navigate their careers so they can reach new heights of fulfillment and success.
Paul has eleven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as a Learning & Development professional where he designed and led a variety of programs for new and aspiring leaders, people managers, and experienced leaders. His most popular program was called EMPOWER and it helped thousands of employees build confidence, courage, and community.
Paul has a master's degree in Adult Education and is a Professional Certified Coach. He lives in Glendale, California.
